From February 15 to 23, Shenshuo Company of Baoshen Railway received and dispatched a total of 6,432 passengers, an increase of 23.9% compared with the same period last year, paving a path of safety and reunion with responsibility and warmth.
To cope with the Spring Festival travel peak, Shenshuo Company made arrangements in advance, focusing on three aspects of transport deployment, service support and safety prevention and control. It optimized and accelerated security procedures at station entrances, displayed realtime train status on electronic screens in waiting halls, and provided passengers with guidance, consultation and luggage assistance on platforms. The station opened special channels for groups including elderly passengers and families with infants and allocated dedicated staff for guidance during entry and exit. In addition, nursing rooms were equipped with milk warmers, diapers and other supplies. These details provided warmth and comfort for passengers.
In response to possible low temperature and snowfall, the Company formulated emergency plans in advance and increased inspection frequency of track equipment to ensure on-time train operation. Meanwhile, it strictly implemented security check procedures, consolidated the safety line for passengers, and provided solid support for the post-holiday return travel, continuing to deliver safe, orderly and warm transportation services.
