Recently, more than 200 volunteers from Zhunneng Group participated in a voluntary tree planting activity themed “Constructing a Green Mine and Co-Building Eco-Friendly Zhunneng Group” at the No.1260 Platform of the dumping site inside the Ha'erwusu Open-pit Coal Mine. Upholding the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets, with practical actions, the volunteers contributed to the modernization featuring harmonious coexistence between human and nature, jointly building green ecological barriers.

At the tree planting site, there was a bustling yet orderly scene. Volunteers held shovels, buckets, and other tools to dug pits, earth up soil, and water. With division of labor and close cooperation, every step of tree planting was carried out meticulously. After a morning of hard work, 4,000 Mongolica Scotch Pines were planted on 75 mu of land. The saplings stood tall against the wind, adding new vitality to the mine.
