It spent five months investigating the data usage of 100 sets of information systems, consulting 16 volumes of normative documents for various disciplines, completing 231 manual reports of various disciplines, and organizing expert discussions more than 10 times. Eventually, a list of data standards was formed covering 81 items of main data and 786 items of index data of each core business of the company. Through the compilation of data standards, the problems of nonstandard naming, inconsistent statistical caliber and inconsistent format of data in various information systems have been solved, and a consensus has been reached on the unification of information views, data specifications and coding standards, and the compliant and effective use of data.
