Since the beginning of 2025, facing complex and volatile market conditions, Shendong Coal has resolutely taken on its core responsibilities by shouldering and solidifying the responsibility chain across all operational links, reinforcing communication with three procurement units, and emphasizing resource organization and fulfillment as daily priorities.

In resource organization, Shendong Coal has enhanced proactive service and precise coordination. Dedicated personnel engage directly with suppliers, thoroughly  digesting prices policies regarding externally purchased coal, analyzing market trends, and guiding suppliers to maintain steady shipments. For suppliers with steady transportation capacity, the Company urges early coal preparation and optimizes loading. Regional market research has been intensified to expand major clients with stable resource bases and increase supply and transportation volume based on existing resource bases, ensuring ample coal for high-efficiency transportation. In addition, to ensure high-efficiency operation, the Company monitors inventory dynamics and coal return status closely, while paying close attention to weather condition changes to guide suppliers in the timely planning of production, loading, and outbound transportation schedules, thereby minimizing the impact of rain and other adverse weather conditions on coal quality.
