On July 23, Baoshen Railway’s daily cargo volume hit a new high of 244 trains and 1.01 million tonnes, laying a solid foundation for achieving annual goals.
Recently, the middle reaches of the Yellow River have experienced continuous heavy rainfall alerts. In the face of critical flood prevention and control periods, the Company adheres firmly to the safety philosophy of “Better to be prepared for all risks than to risk losing control”, fully implements flood control measures and reinforces the “Rain-Inspection-Rectification” and “Three Emergency Precautions” working philosophy. Leveraging the “Beidou + Weather Radar” railway disaster warning system, the Company monitors 148 geological hazard points along the route in real time. Critical bridges are equipped with AI-powered water level monitoring robots, dynamically adjusting train speeds when crossing the Yellow River’s ultra-large bridges. By adhering to 3 “hundred percent” safety standards, the Company makes no efforts to ensure flood control and stable energy supplies, guaranteeing the safe and smooth operation of the energy transportation network. For production capacity enhancement at Bulianta Station and Weihua dedicated line of Huangyangcheng Station, the Company made breakthroughs in dedicated line transportation efficiency through intelligent upgrades, refined organization, and integrated collaboration. In response to the surge in transportation volume at Wannankou Station on the Ganquan Line, the Company established a dedicated safeguard team and increased locomotive deployment to meet scheduling demands, completing the July transportation plan 14 days ahead of schedule. Based on the latest optimized operation schedules, the Company paid close attention to transportation efficiency and coordinated transportation in Wanshuiquan South Station and short-distance routes.
In addition, the Company emphasizes refined management of the entire supply chain, closely monitoring equipment operation under high-temperature and high-load conditions. It also strengthens emergency drills, refines emergency response plans, and boosts its capability to handle emergencies like extreme weather conditions and equipment failures. Furthermore, it establishes and improves emergency material reserve systems to ensure quick response and swift action during critical moments, effectively supporting stable energy supplies during the peak summer seasons.
