On August 13, Baoshen Railway set a new annual record by dispatching 247 trains with 14,031 wagons, delivering 1.0271 million tonnes of freight in a single day.
Recently, Baoshen Railway promptly adjusted its transportation organization, precisely matching train models to maximize efficiency. The Company successfully balanced railcar flow control and inbound small gondola car demands while prioritizing the loading of C80-type railcars. All production units were actively coordinated in real-time, with notable achievements including 34 trains completed loading at Batuta Station, 14 trains on Weihua Dedicated Line at Huangyangcheng Station, and 6 trains at Hanjialou Station—each setting new historical highs. Based on coal source conditions, the stations timely allocated transportation resources to ensure the efficient pooling of integrated C64-type railcars with thermal coal transport railcars, reducing empty car runs and lowering overall transportation costs. In addition, the locomotive system adjusted locomotive deployment according to loading and dispatch schedules, meeting the transportation capacity demand to the full extent. For instance, 121 locomotive routing units are in operation on the Shenmu-Shuozhou Line.
