As of January 31, Huanghua Port has completed coal unloading operation and coal shipment totaling 15.39 and 15.3 million tonnes respectively, meeting the production targets for the first month, and injecting robust momentum into the smooth operation of the national energy transportation network.
As the largest coal shipment port in China, Huanghua Port has innovatively implemented the “6+6” work mechanism for defrosting frozen vehicles, and established a closed-loop management system for early warning, feedback, and management & control of frozen vehicles to overcome the challenges posed by cold waves, achieving “zero impact” operations from frozen vehicles and ensuring efficient and orderly unloading of heavy-haul vehicles upon arrival. With the contribution of integrated outbound transportation reaching 59% in January, the Company effectively supported the stable operation of the energy transportation network. With rigorous implementation of the “10+10” stable supply mechanism for peak winter demands and close monitoring of extreme winter weather conditions, the Company improved its emergency plans and optimized response strategies, successfully withstanding five strong wind that last for 80 hours which might result shipping disruption, maintaining a stable warning zone for operations and ensuring safe and resilient integrated transportation. By maintaining a steady pace for integrated dispatching and transportation operations, and optimizing the balance between production and maintenance, the Company ensured operational progress and made dynamic adjustment of maintenance plans for large equipment, completing 68 items of maintenance task totaling 2,686 hours, and registering year-on-year increases of maintenance items by 26% and duration by 436%, which significantly enhanced equipment reliability and laid a strong hardware foundation for continuous high production. Furthermore, the Company has strengthened accountability by strictly implementing a leadership rotation system and a 24-hour on-duty policy for key positions, fully guaranteeing the safe and stable operation of the energy transportation hub port, thereby providing solid support to ensure a warm and safe winter for the people.
