On February 10-17, 2024, Zhunneng Group outputted a total of 1.403 Mt commercial coal (175.4 Kt per day), 10,000 tonnes higher than the preset goal, setting a record high of the average daily output during the Spring Festival holiday over the years. Power generation totaled 77.96 million kWh, 6.23 million kWh higher than the present goal. Zhunneng Group overfulfilled energy supply guarantee task during the Spring Festival Holiday of 2024.
By resolutely following the development strategy of “One Goal, Three Roles and Six Core Responsibilities” and the overall work guideline of “4-1-6-6-3” developed by CHN Energy and strictly enforcing “on-site, practical, immediate” control, Zhunneng Group carried out inspection without prior notice 6 times, conducted duty inspection 240 times, put the leadership leading, on duty and emergency response system into practice, and vigorously underpinned energy supply guarantee. Zhunneng Group went all out to produce at full capacity, deepened and expanded the integrated operation pattern, stepped up communication and coordination, synergized upstream and downstream segments of production, transportation, marketing and various procedures of stripping, mining, washing and loading, and strived to fulfill production task for the first quarter of 2024. Zhunneng Group made progress in the coal stripping in stope ahead of schedule, continuously optimized production organization, rationally arranged equipment location, and strengthened the matching of trucks and excavator to improve the efficiency of coal mining operation, sparing no effort to ensure the stable coal supply. Zhunneng Group dynamically adjusted coal washing and blending scheme, leading to a 6.3% year-on-year increase in the loading pass rate. Zhunneng Group exerted more efforts for equipment inspection and maintenance, with the operable rate of mining equipment increasing by 3.13% year on year. Zhunneng Group strengthened the operation management of power plant units, stepped up inspections, detected and promptly tackled equipment defects, and ensured stable and plentiful power generation of power plant units to facilitate a warm and happy Spring Festival for millions of families in China.
