As of November 5, Baoshen Railway had completed cumulative transportation volume of 263.795 million tonnes this year, breaking the 260 million tonne mark and injecting sustained momentum into ensuring energy supply.
Since the beginning of this year, Baoshen Railway has formulated daily plans on a scientific and reasonable basis while taking into account the relationship between construction window, inspection and maintenance, and transportation organization, doing a good job in locomotive allocation, locomotive-wagon connection, and train-coal connection. The company closely follows the operating schedule of Zhugaita, Shenmu North, and other major stations, and reasonably organizes train assembly, marshaling, and reception and departure operations to ensure that the number of empty and heavy-haul trains is at a reasonable level. Seizing the key point of releasing the transportation capacity of 10,000-tonne heavy-haul trains, the company continues to strengthen transport organization with those trains. The operating rate of 10,000-tonne trains of Shenchi South Station reached 96%, a month-on-month increase of 2% and a growth of 11% compared to the planned level. The company also collaborates with other subsidiaries of China Energy to organize the transport work at Batuta Station for transporting Xinjiang coal, and provide full support and assistance in loading operations, shunting and delivery.
In addition, the company has established a communication mechanism with China Energy’s general control center to grasp the daily sales needs of purchased coal, and reported the plan for the marketable types of purchased coal on a timely manner, effectively improving the planned acquisition rate of purchased coal, achieving incremental transportation in multiple aspects, and ensuring the efficiency of energy transportation.
