China Shenhua Holds Q3 2021 Performance Roadshow

China Shenhua recently held its Q3 2021 roadshow on business performance in the Shanghai Stock Exchange Roadshow Service, at which the company interacted with investors via the internet in written form.

In accordance with China’s Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises, China Shenhua generated more than 40.75 billion yuan in net profit attributable to the shareholders of the company during the first three quarters of 2021. The basic earnings per share stood at 2.051 yuan, a year-on-year increase of 21.6 percent. As of September 30, the company’s assets totaled 589.885 billion yuan, an increase of 5.6 percent from the beginning of the year.

Investors were active in asking questions. Senior management of China Shenhua briefed them on the company’s business performance during the first three quarters, expounded on its plan for and progress on new energy development, and answered a total of 72 questions about the company’s finance and businesses. About 24,800 investors participated in the one-hour event online. Via the online roadshow the company responded to investors’ concerns, listened to their suggestions and advice, and realized a dynamic interaction with investors and effective communication with the market.

China Shenhua has long been valuing managing its relations with investors, and holds roadshows after the regular disclosure of its business performance to deliver comprehensive and accurate information to the capital market and safeguard non-institution investors’ right to know and interact. In doing so, it has set up a corporate image of respecting the market and investors.
