At a recent Conference on Management Innovation of Industrial Enterprises, held by China Industry News and the Innovation Committee of China International Association for Promotion of Science and Technology in Suzhou, “Construction of Maintenance and Management System for AI-Based Railway Telecommunications” submitted by Shuohuang Railway Company was awarded the first prize of the Second Management Innovation Achievements of Industrial Enterprises.
This innovation achievement realizes a transition from “regular maintenance” to “condition-based maintenance” by judging the functioning status of railway equipment and integrating artificial intelligence with professional management for a smart decision-making of repair schedule. As a result, the optimized repair schedule greatly enhances operation efficiency, better guarantees safety, effectively avoids excessive repair, and saves maintenance costs.
