On July 11, Shengli Energy Group successfully transported coal to Shengli Power Plant through its coal delivery system. This was the first time that Shengli Energy has carried out joint heavy-haul delivery of coal from a crushing station of an open pit to M701, M706 and the Shengli Power Plant. During the delivery, a total of 6,412 tons of coal was transported, with a maximum instantaneous volume of 3,104 tons/hour. The system ran smoothly, as all indicators were normal and the protection facilities were complete and effective, marking the success of the company’s first joint heavy-haul delivery of coal.
This is the world’s first belt delivery system in high-altitude and cold areas, featuring long-distance and two-way transportation, horizontal turning, multi-point driving, and central unloading. During construction and equipment adjustment, the company followed the principle that the system should be ecological-friendly, intelligent, and beneficial for environmental production, and adhered to the management philosophy of pursuing excellence and building first-class equipment, constantly enhancing source management and process control. These efforts ensured that the successful zero-load debugging of the whole system, the heavy-haul debugging of delivery to northern power plant and the heavy-haul debugging of the whole system were achieved all at once, setting a new record for the debugging operation of similar processes in the industry.
