On May 25, Shouguang Company established and launched a safety monitoring and early-warning system for confined-space operations at the C105 maintenance site. This addressed pain points including difficult supervision, delayed hazard identification and multiple blind communication zones, and integrated technological prevention and control into the entire operation procedure, making the branch the first unit in Shandong Company with such a system.
The system runs with coordinated operation between edge AI safety integrated communication terminals and base stations to maintain stable integrated communication under offline conditions. Staff wear location watches for real-time tracking on heart rate, blood oxygen and geographic data, achieving full traceability in the platform and effectively preventing the risk of fainting and getting lost. The intelligent industrial safety helmet combines audio-video communication, wireless transmission and position alarm functions to enable remote operation guidance and safe behavior inspection. The industrial surveillance ball delivers black light full-color, 360-degree pan-tilt and ultra-long endurance to integrate on-site monitoring, data storage, signal transmission and positioning intercom. The gas monitor adopts a mobile pump suction mode, actively extracting gas and detecting multiple gas levels in real time. It will alarm and synchronize the data once the gas level exceeds the alarm line. Compared with the traditional diffusion sampling method, it is faster and more reliable. In addition, the millimeter-wave electronic fence and facial recognition electronic fence form a dual protection with laser radar and night vision imaging for round-the-clock patrol and full prevention against unauthorized entry at the source.
