Recently, the Emergency Command Method and System for Power Plants independently developed by GAT Youth Innovation Hub gained national invention patent certification, marking a new breakthrough in intelligent emergency command for power plants.
The patent offers integrated solutions for intelligent risk assessment, accurate response and efficient command in case sudden plant incidents. Its core functions cover risk grading judgment via multi-source information fusion, weather hazard evaluation with meteorological data, automatic invocation of emergency plans, 3D dynamic display of incident details and hierarchical targeted alert release.
Focusing on safety emergency management in power generation, the patent breaks the bottlenecks of traditional command modes with single data source, frequent misjudgment and low commanding efficiency. It integrates monitoring images, equipment data from PI system and meteorological information, achieving accurate incident level confirmation with AI algorithms. Combined with staff positioning and 3D maps, it defines hazardous areas dynamically, and delivers hierarchical alarms to internal terminals according to preset plans. The technology greatly accelerates emergency response, enhances disposal accuracy, and reduces operational risks, providing intelligent technical support for stable and safe power plant operation.
