Recently, the Research on Key Technologies of Online Mobile Monitoring for Roadway Surface Displacement Based on Digital Long-distance Laser Measurement, jointly completed by Shendong Coal and China University of Mining and Technology, passed the scientific and technological achievement appraisal organized by the China Coal Society. The Appraisal Committee unanimously viewed that the overall achievements of this project has reached international leading level.
The Appraisal Committee reviewed project work reports, technical documents, test records, user feedback, benefit analysis reports and novelty search reports in full, and affirmed prominent core innovations of the project. The research put forward a high-precision rapid mapping method for coal mine roadways, and developed accurate quantitative measurement technologies for roadway surface displacement applicable to extreme conditions with low illumination, heavy dust and frequent dynamic changes. It established automatic positioning and extraction schemes for full-range roadway deformation, and developed mobile terminal software dedicated to roadway displacement monitoring. The research team also built an integrated monitoring platform with section quantitative analysis and hierarchical emergency early warning functions, realizing intelligent deformation monitoring for coal mine roadways with a definite technical route and outstanding practical application value.
The research outcomes break through the limitations of traditional monitoring methods and provide accurate and efficient technical support for safe roadway operation, and has great market potential. Our teams will further optimize and improve the technical system in accordance with appraisal suggestions, accelerate the commercialization of research findings, and boost the intelligent, safe and high-quality development of the coal industry.
