Yanbao Energy Company Completed Heavy-load Trial Operation of Unmanned Dome Warehouse Stacker-reclaimer

On February 12, Yanbao Energy Company’s unmanned dome warehouse stacker-reclaimer completed the heavy-load trial operation, laying a solid foundation for its official launch.

The dome warehouse stacker-reclaimer traditionally operates under manual supervision, which poses challenges including uneven professional skills among frontline operators and fatigue due to prolonged work hours. In addition, large temperature fluctuations during winter lead to excessive white mist from coal, severely affecting the stacker-reclaimer’s operational speed and hindering the overall smoothness of the coal production and transportation process. To address these problems, the Company has organized technical personnel to carry out the unmanned transformation project for the stacker-reclaimer. The unmanned control system is integrated into the intelligent centralized control platform for the conveyor belt transportation control system, allowing for synchronized equipment data and ensuring that the reclaiming speed matches the transportation speed. In addition, advanced intelligent control algorithms are embedded into the centralized control platform, enabling the system to automatically adjust operation status based on real-time data from the stacker-reclaimer and the conveyor belt. Operators can monitor the equipment’s operation status in real time through screens. If any faults or malfunctions occur during the trial operation, the interface will provide fault details with flashing red lights and audible alarms, prompting operators to respond quickly and address problems, thereby reducing down time.

After the project is launched, the unmanned operation will be accessible to the stacker-reclaimer, with intelligent control enabling 24-hour seamless operation according to optimal workflow, thereby reducing labor costs and enhancing storage and transportation efficiency.
