On December 30, 2024, the Intelligent Business Management System, jointly developed by the Trading Group and Digital Intelligence, was officially put into operation.
Focusing on internal management, the Intelligent Business Management System deeply integrated digital technologies to create an interconnected digital business platform that links customers, operations, capital, and decision-making. Comprising ten major business modules and 103 specific functions across customer management, quantity & quality management, and business & finance management, the system achieved full coverage from intelligent customer rating to comprehensive scenario allocation management and control, and interdepartmental risk management, providing technical support for the implementation of the Trading Group’s “strategy + operations” management and control model. In addition, the system enables real-time data integration with other platforms including ERP, www.e-ceic.com, and CRM, ensuring precise control over key fields including settlement, inventory, and cash flow. It has also established a comprehensive governance framework involving customer credit, transaction records, and cash flow monitoring, which is critical in optimizing decision-making, upgrading business processes, and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
The operation of the Intelligent Business Management System helps address the major issues inherent in traditional coal business management modes including poor business connectivity, internal coordination barriers, and obstructed resource sharing. This innovation has paved the way for a user-oriented, data-based, and innovation-driven production and operation model, facilitating the Trading Group in its transformation from a traditional resource-based enterprise to an innovative, integrated energy trading company.
