After nearly a year and a half of trial operation, Zhunneng Group’s self-developed Financial Shared Management Platform for Operation and Analysis has officially launched on-line, marking a new milestone in the company’s digital and intelligent transformation of finance.
In early 2023, the company initiated the construction of the Financial Shared Management Platform for Operation and Analysis, aiming to advance the financial digital and intelligent transformation and achieve visualized management and intelligent control of financial shared operations. Following stages of requirement analysis, system development, and testing, the acceptance test of the Financial Shared Management Platform and Large Screen for Operation and Analysis was accomplished in June.
The platform comprises two major parts: the Financial Shared Operation and Data Analysis Platform and the Financial Shared Intelligent Management Platform. The Data Analysis Platform includes nine functional modules that visually display financial shared business indicators. It offers a comprehensive digital analysis of various indicators, real-time status, accounts, and fund settlements within the operation of the financial shared center, providing real-time and accurate data support for decision-making. The Intelligent Management Platform consists of 3 main modules and 41 specific functions, enabling efficient management of daily operations within the financial shared platform, covering areas such as personnel, positions, standards, and funds, and significantly enhancing the management level and risk control capabilities of the financial shared center.
The successful launch of this platform represents a prominent achievement in the company’s efforts to implement the “14355” financial development goals and advance the digital and intelligent transformation of finance. Through data analysis and intelligent management, the platform improves the efficiency of financial shared operations and strengthens risk control capabilities. The company plans to further optimize platform functions, tap into data value, and achieve intelligent identification and early warning of issues, contributing to CHN Energy’s goal of building a world-class digital and intelligent financial management system.
