On May 31, Jiangxi Shenhua Jiujiang Company received certificates of honor from the China Electricity Technology Market Association, recognizing two of its achievements with the 2024 Silver Award for Fuel Technology Innovation in Thermal Power, namely the Research and Application of Fine Control of Boiler Burner Combustion State under Deep Peak-shaving and the Research and Application of Coal Blockage Early Warning in Coal Conveying System.
The project, Research and Application of Fine Control of Boiler Burner Combustion State under Deep Peak-shaving, addresses the issue of fine combustion control under a wide load range by employing a novel air powder flow adjustment device to achieve precise monitoring and fine control of key boiler combustion parameters. This improves the uniformity of coal powder in the pipes, enhances coal powder combustion efficiency, and effectively utilizes low-nitrogen burners to reduce the formation of nitrogen oxides in flue gas, ensuring safety and economic efficiency in unit operations. The project, Research and Application of Coal Blockage Early Warning in Coal Conveying System, emphasizes mitigating the risk of coal blockages in the coal conveying system, preventing damage to belts and drive equipment.
