Recently at Shengli Energy Storage and Transportation Center, the upgrading and transformation project of its Intelligent Centralized Control Center was successfully put into operation, significantly enhancing its level of digitization and intelligence.
This transformation addressed the challenges and difficulties in the previous production process, including complex network structures, decentralized business management, data island, and inadequate equipment lifecycle management. The upgrade included the construction of an integrated platform for data, control, and analysis, an MES system, an industrial intranet, a metaverse control platform, and a brand-new intelligent centralized control room. It met the daily working and command needs of commanding personnel, provided on-site and equipment supervision functions, and resolved issues such as the lack of communication between networks, inability to link between PLCs and gateways, and problems with data collection, analysis, and feedback. The project established a new model for data interconnectivity, intelligent production according to environment and equipment, intelligent analysis of equipment status, and assisted decision-making. This effectively promoted the development of a management mode featuring intelligent production, visualized on-site operation, digitized business processes, informationized workflows and streamlined operation.
The launch of this upgrading project marks a solid step forward for the center in achieving a new model of “centralized control, centralized dispatching, and centralized operation”. It has established an integrated remote centralized control model for “management, control, and monitoring”, contributing to the Company’s development towards centralized and intensive operations in the production and the achievement of intelligent coal mining.
