The phased array flaw detection equipment is a kind of intelligent equipment introduced by Shuohuang Railway for precise locomotive flaw detection, which is mainly used for wheel axle flaw detection for various types of locomotives. The performance of the equipment is crucial for the safety of locomotive maintenance and repair as well as the smooth operation of locomotives. It realized interconnected renovation of its AGV transportation device and flaw detection device, achieving automatic obstacle avoidance during equipment transportation and free switching between two tracks.
