On November 10, the research project of “train-ground transmission information security integrated monitoring system” developed by Dazhun Company affiliated to Xinshuo Railway passed the acceptance inspection, marking that the system was officially put into use.
For the purpose of workplace safety, the company has designed and developed this comprehensive monitoring system for train-ground information transmission security according to practical situations. When a train passes through the station, according to its locomotive station number and the station name correspondence table, the station’s centralized monitoring telegram system can confirm the actual station through which the train passes through real-time comparison and analysis based on such information as the real-time low-frequency and carrier frequency of its locomotive, which are converted into the state of the track low-frequency signal lamp position, alongside the station’s coded message, ZPW-2000A track circuit and carrier frequency information. If any inconsistency is identified, the system will push alarm to the relevant terminals.
The system combines the risk mining analysis and intelligent identification and judgment of big data, analyzes and processes the train-ground information by collecting the track circuit-transmitted information and the on-board equipment-received information, and can realize the consistency comparison and monitoring of the two kinds of information in the same time sequence. For this reason, it is able to identify and diagnose the hidden dangers of the track circuit and the on-board locomotive signal equipment. Moreover, it achieves early warning before the occurrence of equipment failure and precise positioning after the occurrence of equipment failure. It can improve the efficiency of fault analysis and promote safety production management to move towards greater efficiency and intelligence.
