Recently, the standard process navigation and guidance system developed by the Equipment Maintenance Center of Shengli Energy was successfully put into operation, realizing networked, paperless and intelligent skill training and examination for employees and providing strong technical support for improving the skill level of employees.
In the past, the center’s training methods had problems such as difficulty in tracking effects and organizing centralized trainings and limitations in terms of venue. Besides, a large amount of training materials needed to be printed, which was a waste of resources. In response to these problems, the center has developed a standard process navigation and guidance system, which integrates maintenance manuals, standardized process flow, and examination contents into the system’s database, to reduce the need for organizing personnel trainings and examinations in fixed time and location, improve their flexible learning efficiency, and realize centralized data management for inquiry and analysis at any time. By establishing a personnel information database, the center can comprehensively analyze the learning progress, examination results, and training needs of all employees. In addition, based on analysis results, it can adjust training plans and content in a timely manner, so as to make the training results more quantifiable and controllable. The system also introduces a feedback mechanism, which can automatically recommend targeted training courses according to the respective situation of each individual trainee, thus shortening the training time of new employees and effectively improving the comprehensive quality of employees.
