Recently, the belt conveyor situation sensing module independently developed by Shendong Coal was officially put into operation on the company’s production control platform, further empowering the construction of intelligent mines and improving the level of digitalized scheduling management.
The module integrates the operating status, trend chart, sound and light alarm, and report query of the coal mine’s main transport system, with information of all the 103 main transport systems and 31 smooth-groove belt conveyors of 14 shafts in 13 mines displayed on a single compact image with rich content. Thus, the operators can easily monitor and control the operating status of the belt conveyors in a real time. In addition, the introduction of sound and light alarm technology greatly enriches the management methods of operators and shortens the scheduling response time, improving both quality and efficiency. Moreover, managerial staff can also trace faults and analyze data through the report query function, providing strong big data support for fine equipment management and decision-making.
