The visualized leakage monitoring, diagnosis and analysis system developed by Zhungeer Energy Group has been officially put into use, becoming an important component of the group’s intelligent mining system.
Leveraging 3D modeling technology, the system can vividly display the locations of equipment pipes as well as pipeline soldering points, leakage points, and monitoring points. Based on equipment pipeline ledgers and overhaul data, it facilitates equipment maintenance and repair. Moreover, on the basis of the current patrol and inspection system, the previous data on equipment operations, malfunction diagnosis rules, and standard model library, the system can automatically adjust precaution standards by using technologies such as data modeling, big data analysis, and expert system.
The new system is expected to achieve real-time data recording and analysis of equipment operations in the coal gangue power generation company under Zhungeer Energy Group, thus providing data support for predictable equipment pipeline overhaul.
