Shengli Energy recently finished a research program on the digital technology of managing and using the reserves of opencast coal resources in a dynamic and efficient manner.
The program is aimed at solving problems such as lack of information on resource deposit, lack of reliable evaluation on the economics of resource exploitation, and lack of holistic and targeted examination on the open-pit plan and coal blending solution. It will help businesses get an accurate picture of resource reserves and plan production in a dynamic and integrated manner based on the distribution of resources. This will optimize coal blending management and improve production efficiency.
The program has made breakthroughs in basic software and hardware. Researchers are working on modular-based integration and debugging. When put into use, the program will optimize the mining structure from the source, and advance digital and intelligent transformation of the mine.
