As of October 26, the centralized dust removal system of Jinjie Coal Mine under Shendong Coal had been operating for a month. The system is stable, reliable and effective. It realizes the real-time monitoring of dust collecting, temperature and humidity at some key underground dust generating points as well as the remote centralized control of the start and stop of spraying devices, which greatly improves the intelligent management at the mine.
The centralized dust removal system is innovative in that it is capable of remote data collecting from the spray devices connected to the network as well as display and detection of equipment operation status. The parameters, working mode, delay time and IP address for the main control box of the calibration system can be set remotely through the mobile app or the ground centralized control platform. The system has also designed a variety of tables, curves, graphs and other statements available for query, download and print, making it convenient for users to classify and manage. It can operate independently and seamlessly connect to the intelligent ventilation system, the safety production monitoring system and other platforms, so as to integrate all systems into one.
