China's First Intelligent Loading Device for Continuous Conveying of Heavy Trucks Commenced Construction

Recently, construction officially commenced on China's first intelligent loading device for automatic continuous conveying for heavy trucks, jointly developed by Yanbao Energy and relevant institutions.

This innovative equipment will abandon the conventional manual alignment loading mode. It adopts core parallel loading technology modelled on train marshalling, dynamically adjusts travelling speed in real time, and intelligently matches vehicle speed with material discharging at bin outlets. Drivers have no need for manual operation and repeated parking alignment throughout loading process. The equipment eases workload of operators, builds a safety defense for both personnel and vehicles, reduces physical work intensity of frontline staff and enhances overall loading precision and efficiency. Leveraging advanced technical structure, the device can coordinate with existing rapid truck loading stations to raise comprehensive operating capacity. Equipped with an intelligent array metering system, it can operate independently and finish full-range weight detection and loading for empty, loaded and full vehicles, advancing the upgrading of quantitative bulk material loading modes.

The project pioneers an integrated operation process for rapid vehicle movement and high-speed material loading under extreme cold weather. It simultaneously completes empty vehicle positioning, quantitative feeding and loaded vehicle departure at coal mine loading sites, achieving intelligent unattended loading without frequent vehicle movement, and addressing industrial pain points including repeated start-stop and multiple positioning in traditional loading processes. The completion of the project is expected to enhance overall loading efficiency by over 50%.
