Recently, the Organizing Committee of the 7th International Exhibition INVENTCOR in Romania announced that two innovative achievements submitted by Baoshen Railway, Fault Detector for Locomotive Abnormal Braking Alarm Device and Electric Dismantling Device for Oil Seal of Traction Motor of Locomotive, had both won gold medals.
The exhibition was held recently in Deva, Romania, offering gold, silver, and bronze awards, and attracting more than 500 innovative achievements from over 40 countries worldwide. Both award-winning projects of Baoshen Railway originated from the frontline of railway transport operations, focusing on practical challenges in locomotive braking system and traction motor maintenance. These “small inventions” effectively improved work efficiency and serve as typical examples of frontline technical innovation supporting safe production.
Taking a single-chip microcomputer as its core control unit, the Fault Detector for Locomotive Abnormal Braking Alarm Device can simulate and send brake signals to the locomotive abnormal brake alarm unit and LKJ monitoring device, realizing rapid and efficient detection of relevant equipment.
