On December 12, the review results of the 2024 Science and Technology Award by the China National Coal Association were announced. The case Research and Practice on Intelligent Coal Mine Construction Model of CHN Energy submitted by Digital Intelligence was awarded the second prize, marking that the Company’s technical level and project achievements in the field of intelligent mine construction have received authoritative industry recognition.
With the coal mine intelligent integrated management and control platform independently developed by Digital Intelligence, this case delved into the intelligent coal mine construction model of CHN Energy and put the platform into application. By deeply integrating the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and cloud computing, and focusing on production execution, production control, and safety monitoring, the coal mine intelligent integrated management and control platform covers the full production process chain of coal mines from mining/roadway development, transportation, ventilation to emission, thus realizing the digital and intelligent production management. In addition, the platform realizes seamless integration with CHN Energy’s operation management and decision-making support system, and synergizes with intelligent equipment and control systems, ensuring comprehensive business information sharing and collaborative analysis. It not only meets CHN Energy’s management demand of “overseeing one level up and monitoring one level down” ，but also facilitates on-site and real-time management and control of actual conditions through immediate access to the front-line production data and systems, improving the management and control effectiveness, and decision-making speed. This platform allows for real-time monitoring of production sites, accurate resource allocation, and production process optimization, thus effectively avoiding safety accidents. Furthermore, the platform’s big data analysis engine conducts an in-depth analysis of coal mine production data, providing robust support for strategic decision-making and propelling coal mine management toward a more refined and scientific way.
