On December 19, the review results of the 2024 Collection Activity for Best Practice Cases for Listed Company Board Offices were announced. China Shenhua was awarded the highest prize, ranking among the best in the practice of the listed company board offices for four consecutive years.
To further guide the board offices in improving the service for listed companies, the China Association for Public Companies (CAPCO) has continuously launched the Collection Activity for Best Practice Cases for Listed Company Board Offices since 2021. With the support of the Party Committee and all other departments of the Company in 2024, China Shenhua has given full play to the role of the Board Office, continued to improve our governance system and mechanism, and supported the directors, supervisors and the senior management in performing duties and responsibilites. With the establishment of the “11257” market value management system with China Shenhua’s characteristics, the Company has taken the initiative to enhance information disclosure in compliance with the law, strengthened communication and exchanges with investors, carried out research, evaluation and implementation of new ESG disclosure regulations, implemented the company’s action on deepening and enhancing the reform, and pursued advancements in digital and intelligent efficiency, generally making significant achievements.
