On September 2, the winner list of the 2023 French Design Awards (FDA), one of the most influential international design competitions in the world, was unveiled. The “energy industrial chain management dashboard”, designed by the Liu Fei Innovation Workshop of Digital IntelTech, stood out among thousands of candidates from over 100 countries and regions to win the only UI golden award at the FDA. The workshop’s another design work, “Human Resources Service System Self-help Module”, won the French Design Award. Besides, the “energy industrial chain management dashboard” won a silver award at the 2023 MUSE Creative Awards in the United States.
The “energy industrial chain management dashboard” derived from the conceptual extension of the key part of China Energy’s “Cornerstone” program. A major innovation in the field of operational management of the energy industrial chain, the dashboard is designed with “target and task chart, management and control efficiency table, information sensing network, scheduling implementation chain, and assessment and evaluation sheet” as the core idea. As a tool that can influence holistic efficiency, it fully demonstrates the multidimensional layout of operational management in an era of globalization.
The “Human Resources Service System Self-help Module” that won the French Design Award at the FDA is an outcome of the human resources self-help design project of China Energy’s Sharing Service Center. Digital IntelTech deeply participated in the interactive design of the product. Based on in-depth analysis of employees’ needs for self-help interaction, the work innovatively produced two mobile app design drawings. It integrates smart worksheet, message push, attendance management, and other functions, and boasts a people-oriented digital interface and intelligent interactive experience, thus greatly enhancing employees’ work efficiency and satisfaction, reducing the enterprise’s human resources costs, and providing more intelligent and convenient human resources services for China Energy.
