On June 5, Shendong Coal Preparation Center received honorary certificates from China Coal Industry Association and China Coal Society. The project "An Automatic Loading Method and Device" developed by the center won the second prize of China Coal Industry Science and Technology Patent Award, and the project "Research and Application of Low-Rank Coal Slime Flotation and Preparation" won the third prize of China Coal Industry Science and Technology Award.
The project "An Automatic Loading Method and Device" is a complete set of patented technology independently designed and developed by the technicians of the preparation center. It can avoid the railway transportation accident caused by uneven loading, over-loading and eccentric loading due to the change of coal product or manual incorrect operation during loading. At present, it has been applied in Coal Preparation Plants in Shangwan and Yujialiang.
The project "Research and Application of Low-Rank Coal Slime Flotation and Preparation" has realized the clean and efficient utilization of low-rank coal slime in Shendong Coal, and is the first industrial application in coal preparation plants.
