On April 1, China Shenhua held the 2021 annual results briefing through the online platform of the Shanghai Stock Exchange Roadshow Center, highlighting the 2021 operating results and key tasks in 2022, answering 122 questions both collected beforehand and raised on-site, and fully communicating with investors, so as to maintain sound communication between the Board of the Company and investors.
During the briefing, the Company's Directors and senior management gave detailed answers to address investors' concerns about the Company's development plan, dividend distribution, project investment, cost control, production plan and ESG management, and listened carefully to investors' opinions and suggestions about improving the quality of information disclosure as well as holding the annual results briefing by video conference.
